Mr. Huang Zhihua (黄志华) was appointed as an executive director of the Company in May 2025, and is currently serving as an executive director and the chief operating officer of the Company. Mr. Huang Zhihua joined Zijin Mining in August 2007, previously served as the plant manager of the Zijinshan Gold-Copper Mine, the concentrator manager of Kamoa Copper S.A., the standing deputy general manager and general manager of Hunan Zijin Lithium Co., Ltd., etc. Mr. Huang Zhihua is a registered senior engineer in the PRC. He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in mineral processing engineering, and a doctorate degree in mineral engineering from the Central South University.
