Ms. Huang is responsible for the Company’s strategy, international investment and M&A, legal affairs, and investor relations, and contributes to global asset allocation, capital operations, and corporate governance.
Since joining Zijin Mining Group in 2015, she has focused on overseas mining investment and cross-border M&A, with involvement in the acquisition, integration, and operation of multiple international mining assets. She brings solid experience in international capital markets and cross-border transactions.
Prior to Zijin Mining, Ms. Huang worked in investment management and corporate development in the United States and China.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa Wesleyan College, a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Pace University, and an SFMBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
